Built in the shape of a breaking wave, the Jumeirah Beach Hotel is ultra-modern and luxurious. Boasting 599 spacious and comfortable guestrooms all very well decorated and featuring all the amenities you would expect from a 5* hotel, and with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the Arabian Gulf. There are four climate-controlled swimming pools, a huge freeform pool with palm islands, waterfalls and a swim up bar, a walk in jacuzzi and chilled plunge pool, a family pool with water slide and "beach" effect, and a 25 meter lap-pool. The childrens pool is shallow and contains water play equipment. Wild Wadi Waterpark is just next door and guests staying at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel have unlimited free access. Sunloungers and parasols are plentiful, both around the pool and on the private beach, for those who just wish to enjoy the sun, whilst more active guests have a wide range of activites to chose from. Golf driving nets and putting facilities, tennis, volleyball, squash, and a fully equipped gym. Watersports are a huge favourite here and include windsurfing, waterskiing, snorkelling and banana boat rides. Yacht charter and deep sea fishing can also be arranged. A purpose built coral reef 2km off shore provides the ideal venue for diving, and this can be arranged from the PADI diving centre at the Pavillion Marina. There are twelve reataurants in total offering a range of cuisine, including Argentinian, French, Italian, Lebanese, German and International. Guests can enjoy an after dinner drink in one of the two cocktail bars, one on the roof deck offering stunning views, the other with an outdoor terrace.
